CREATE Success grew from the principles introduced in his book Create Success! Unlocking the Potential of Urban Students. His work demonstrated that when young people are met with meaningful relationships, high expectations, relevant learning experiences, accountability, and unwavering support, students who have historically struggled can achieve extraordinary results.
 

The CREATE philosophy began in the classroom, but its purpose extends far beyond it.
At its core is the understanding that reaching young people requires connecting with both the heart and the mind. CREATE Success brings that philosophy to life through educational consulting, professional development, workshops, speaking engagements, youth programming, and creative experiences such as drama and dance. Whether working with educators, schools, community organizations, families, or directly with young people, our goal is to create environments where individuals feel seen, challenged, supported, and empowered to discover what they are capable of becoming.
